About Oliver James...

Oliver James has been a family trading name since 1954. Our showroom opened its door for the first time in February 2008. As an audio and video solutions business our experience extends back to 1985 with our Parent Audio/Video brand and showroom, 1^st Stop AV on Lavender Hill in Battersea. Oliver James is a more  luxurious brand with which we intend to viably deliver higher performance and higher quality of integration by experience. At Oliver James we are  determined to move away from the ‘geeky’ image surrounding the electronics industry, moving away from mainstream volume products that a feature focused and performance devoid. We wanted to provide a design-led service that is focused on performance and integration.

By being selective with the manufacturers we support, we are provided and can hence extend first class support. We look for products that not only off the highest levels of performance, but we look for individuality, something different, unique and innovative. This means we can be a little more than just a glorified TV and Hifi shop.
