1. Design

2. IT

We have a highly capable team of IT technicians to design data networks and solutions for you home/office. Increasingly, home entertainment is IT oriented. You need look no further than Linn's Digital stream products to see the future of music. We therefore need to ensure we offer reliable and stable IT solutions and the same solutions work for office systems. With our in house team, we have complete control of this aspect.

3. Installation and Engineering

Our installers are in house, not third party. This ensures quality control and flexibility. We can take our hand to a very wide variety of tasks. Where possible the same engineering team will handle your project from start to finish. Having control of all processes in house minimises miss-communication and delays.

4. Service Department

We possess a great deal of hugely reliable service contacts. Where possible we will always endeavour to have a faulty component service in an efficient manner with the original manufacturer. This ensures the quality of the service, minimising repeat faults and delays. Our theory, they made it, therefore they are best placed to fix it! We also offer in house servicing and upgrading of Linn products. Our team have all attended extended service training with Linn products. Software updates can be processed on most products in just a few hours. We also service the Sondek LP12 turntable in house; ensuring the pleasure of vinyl is enjoyed fully.
